Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared as an HBr salt by the same procedure as N-[5-(4-fluoro-3-methoxy-phenyl)-4-methyl-thiazol-2-yl]-acetamide (161c) by replacing 1-bromo-1-(4-fluoro-3-methoxy-phenyl)-propan-2-one (161b) with 1-bromo-1-[4-chloro-3-(4-methyl-piperazine-1-sulfonyl)-phenyl]-propan-2-one (171c) and N-acetylthiourea with thiourea.
