Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared by the same procedure as -[5-(3-fluoro-4-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-4-methyl-thiazol-2-yl]-urea (Example 177) by replacing ammonia (part 177b) with the hydrochloride salt of 2-(5-Ethyl-oxazol-2-yl)-ethylamine (details of preparation procedure follows below), by replacing dioxane with DMF and by using triethylamine as a base.
