The title compound from Example 157 (150 mg, 0.00035 mol) was treated with methylisocyanate (22 uL, 21.6 mg, 0.00035 mol) in the same manner as described in Example 158. Purification afforded 100.5 mg (59%) of the title compound as a light red solid (m.p. 124°-133°) LC MS (m/e) 452 (MH+). Rt=1.85 min.
