Following the procedure outlined in Example 210, the crude product of Example 212(a), [8-(2,6-difluoro-phenyl)-4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-7-oxo-7,8-dihydro-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-ylamino]-acetonitrile (460 mg), triethylaminehydrochloride (1.54 g, 11.2 mmol) and NaN3 (728 mg, 11.2 mmol) were reacted to give the desired product 50 mg (9.6%). LC-MS: 465.2 (MH+, m/z), 1.79 (Rt, min).
