4-Chloromethyl-N-(4-methoxy-7-morpholin-4-yl-benzothiazol-2-yl)-benzamide (200 mg, 0.48 mmol) and sodium hydride (42 mg 55% dispersion in mineral oil, 0.96 mmol) were dissolved in 2-methoxy-ethanol (3.8 ml, 48 mmol) and stirred at ambient temperature for 18 h. Workup and purification as described in the general procedure C afforded the title compound as white solid (70%), MS: m/e=458 (M+H+).
