Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared strarting from 4-bromo-1-methoxy-2-nitro-benzene and 4-methoxy-piperidine as described for morpholine-4-carboxylic acid (4-methoxy-7-morpholin-4-yl-benzothiazol-2-yl)-amide (Example 136) and obtained as a light yellow solid in about 10% overall yield, MS: m/e=407 (M+H+).
