The title compound was prepared by treatment of 4,4-dimethyl-7-{1-oxo-7-[(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)-amino]-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl}-3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinoline-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 3) with TFA in CH2Cl2. MS (m/z)=449.0 (M+H)+ Calc'd for C29H28N4O: 448.5.
