Procedure
A mixture of Example 143E (9.96 g, 0.0176 mmol) and HCl (concentrated, 4.0 mL) in MeOH (200 mL) and CH2Cl2 (100 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1.5 hours. Most of the solvents were evaporated at room temperature. The residue was extracted with EtOAc, washed with NaHCO3, dried over MgSO4, filtered, concentrated to give 7.63 g (quantitative yield) of the desired product as pale yellow solid. MS (ESI) m/z: 435.2 (M+H)+.
