Procedure

The mixture of Example 301D (5.50 g, 8.79 mmol) and 10% Pd/C (1.15 g, 1.09 mmol) in THF (100 mL) was treated with H2 (60 psi) at room temperature for 2 days. The mixture was filtered. The solution was concentrated, and purified by flash chromatography to give the desired product (4.0 g, 85%). MS (ESI) m/z 536 (M+H)+.
