By the method described in Example 5, the title compound of Example 4 (0.5 g, 1.5 mmol) in 20 mL of CH2CL2 was converted to its mixed anhydride with NMM (0.16 mL, 1.5 mmol) and IBCF (0.2 mL, 1.5 mmol) and coupled to 2-(2-aminoethyl)pyridine (0.18 mL, 1.5 mmol). This procedure gave 362 mg of the title compound after Chromatotron® chromatography eluting with 5% ethanol (EtOH)/CH2CL2 containing 1% ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH).
