The title compound was prepared by the method described in Example 83, except that the title product of Example 90, Compound B, was substituted for the title product of Example 82, Compound B. The structure was supported by NMR, Ir, optical rotation (CHCl3, 25° C.; 589 nm -10.5°±2.69°; 365 nm -63.4°±18.1°), chiral HPLC (chiralpak-AD) major 98.84%, minor 0.68% (product of Example 90, Compound A) and elemental analysis.
