Reaction Steps
200 mg (1.47 mmol) of 3H-oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one were reacted in analogy to Example 1 with 273.7 mg (1.76 mmol) of 1-isocyanatooctane in dioxane at 80° C. Yield: 40 mg (9%), M+H+: 292.10.
