Procedure

A suspension of 5.4 g (13.35 mmol) of the product of step 5 in 90 ml of THF and 30 ml of methanol is stirred with external ice bath cooling. There are added, 0.55 g (14.4 mmol) of sodium borohydride in little portions. Once the addition is finished the reaction is stirred for 1 hour, evaporated and 100 ml of water are added.
