Procedure
Benzyl [8-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)-1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]dec-7-yl]carbamate (528 mg) was resolved by HPLC using a chiral AD column (13% isopropanol in heptane) to give benzyl [(7S,8R)-8-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)-1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]dec-7-yl]carbamate as the slower eluting enantiomer.
