tert-Butyl 4-[1-phenyl-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl]-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-1-carboxylate (5 mg) was dissolved in 1 ml of ethanol, a catalytic amount of 20% palladium hydroxide was added and the mixture was vigorously stirred for 30 minutes in a hydrogen atmosphere. The reaction solution was filtered through Celite. The solvent was evaporated from the resulting filtrate to give 5 mg of the title compound as a white solid.
