tert-Butyl 4-[1-(2-fluorophenyl)-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl]-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-1-carboxylate (70 mg) prepared in Example 5 was dissolved in 2.0 ml of 4N hydrochloric acid/ethyl acetate solution followed by stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes. The solvent was evaporated in vacuo to give the title compound as a brown crude product.
