Procedure
2-Chloro-3-[5-methyl-4-(1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl]-pyridine hydrochloride (3.0 mg) prepared in Example 42-1 was dissolved in 1.0 ml of dichloromethane and 0.02 ml of triethylamine and 0.02 ml of 2-methoxyethyl chloroformate were added thereto followed by stirring at room temperature for 10 minutes. The solvent was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was separated and purified by a thin-layer chromatography (ethyl acetate) to give 1.36 mg of the title compound as a white solid.
