tert-Butyl 4-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl]-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-1-carboxylate (50 mg) prepared in Example 13 was dissolved in 4.0 ml of 4N-hydrochloric acid/ethyl acetate, the mixture was stirred for one night and, after evaporation of the solvent in vacuo, a saturate sodium hydrogen carbonate and chloroform were added. The organic layer was dried over sodium sulfate and the solvent was evaporated in vacuo to give the title compound as a mixture.
