4N hydrochloric acid/dioxane solution (10 ml) was added to tert-butyl 4-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl)-3-oxopiperazine-1-carboxylate prepared in Example 29 followed by stirring at room temperature for 3 hours and the solvent was evaporated in vacuo to give 60 mg of the title compound as a white solid.
