Following the general procedure in example 267, 5-phenyl-3-(1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-4-pyridinyl)-1H-indole-7-carboxamide (32 mg, 0.1 mmol), 1,3,5-trimethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-sulfonyl chloride (24.4 mg, 0.15 mmol) and triethylamine (0.06 mL, 0.3 mmol) were reacted to form the desired product which was purified by Gilson HPLC (CH3CN/Water, 0.1% TFA) (9 mg, 18%).
