A solution of N-(2-cyano-ethyl)-N-isopropyl-3-methyl-5-[2-(pyridin-4-ylamino)-ethoxy]-benzamide trifluoroacetate (0.011 g) in dichloromethane (1.5 ml) and trifluoroacetic acid (0.5 ml) was stored at room temperature overnight and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The title compound was obtained as a pale yellow foam (0.012 g).
