Reaction Steps
In a similar manner to that described in Example (1c), 3-[(3-fluorobenzyl amino)-(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]phenylamine (409 mg) [prepared as described in step (b) above] and 3,4-dimethoxy-3-cyclobutene-1,2-dione (173 mg) were reacted, to afford the title compound (490 mg) as a pale yellow oil.
