Reaction Steps
In a similar manner to that described in Example (46e) N-[(3-aminophenyl)-(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-2-phenylpropionamide hydrochloride (555 mg) [prepared as described in step (b) above] and 3,4-dimethoxy-3-cyclobutene-1,2-dione (398 mg) were reacted, to afford the title compound (425 mg) as a yellow solid.
