Reaction Steps
Prepare by the method of Example 6.6.2 using 1-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-benzyl)-3-(3,4-dimethoxy-phenylmethyl)-3-(2-methanesulfonyl-ethyl)-2-oxo-pyrrolidine and 4-[1-(4-fluoro-benzyl)-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl]-4-hydroxy-piperidine to give the title compound: Rf=0.58 (silica gel, 10% methanol/ethyl acetate).
