Following the procedure of Example 32, hydrogenation of 3-benzyloxy-1-ethyl-6-fluoro-7-pyrrolidin-1-yl-1H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4-dione (Example X-2, 110 mg, 0.286 mmol) and 10% Pd/C (60 mg) in MeOH (2 mL) and ethyl acetate (3 mL) afforded 55 mg, of the title compound as a solid, mp 236-237° C. (decomp.).
