Procedure

To a solution of 356 mg (0.7 mmol) of the ester derivative obtained in above (1) in dichloromethane (3.6 ml) was added under ice-cooling, 0.5 ml of trifluoroacetic acid. The mixture was stirred for 30 minutes under ice-cooling. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residues was dissolved in ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate was washed successively with water and brine, and then dried. The obtained residue was crystallized from ether and recrystailizedl from 95% ethanol to give 0.16 g of the titled compound. Yield: 67%.
