Reaction Steps
From 0.5 g of 5-methylsulfonylamino-7-nitro-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1-benzoxepine 0.6 g of 5-(N-butyl-N-methylsulfonylamino)-7-nitro-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1-benzoxepine were obtained by reaction with sodium hydride and iodobutane in DMF analogously to Example 11, m.p. 96-98° C.
