The title compound (E1) (62 mg) was prepared according to the general procedure for esters hydrolysis starting from methyl 4-((1S)-1-(1-(3,4-difluorobenzyl)piperidine-2-carboxamido)ethyl)benzoate (D18) (67 mg). (LiOH H2O: 1.75 eq; reaction time: 3 hrs)
