The title compound (E9) (51 mg) was prepared according to the general procedure for esters hydrolysis starting from (R)-methyl 4-(1-(1-(3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl)piperidine-2-carboxamido)cyclopropyl)benzoate (D26) (76 mg). (LiOH H2O: 3 eq; reaction time: 3 hrs)
