The title compound (E10) (61 mg) was prepared according to the general procedure for esters hydrolysis starting from (R)-methyl 4-(1-(1-(3-methylbenzyl)piperidine-2-carboxamido)cyclopropyl)benzoate (D27) (63 mg). (LiOH H2O: 3 eq; reaction time: 3 hrs)
