Following the general method as outlined in Example 83, starting from 6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-3-(1-(piperidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-indole hydrochloride (Intermediate 17; 400 mg; 0.86 mmol) and succinic acid monomethyl ester (249 mg; 1.88 mmol) in DMF (10 mL), 506 mg of the title compound was obtained as a yellow oil after purification by a silica gel chromatography (EA).
