Following the general method as outlined in Example 83, starting from 6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-3-(1-(piperidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-indole hydrochloride (Intermediate 17; 271 mg; 0.59 mmol) and isobutyric acid (104 mg; 1.18 mmol) in DMF (15 mL), 277 mg (90%) of the title compound was obtained as a yellow oil after purification by a silica gel chromatography (DCM/MeOH=20/1).
