A mixture of 3-(1-(6-chloropyridazin-3-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-6-fluoro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-1H-indole (Intermediate 44; 180 mg; 0.40 mmol), Pd/C(10 mg) and Et3N (40 mg; 0.40 mmol) was stirred for 0.5 hour at r.t. under a hydrogen balloon. The reaction mixture was filtered, concentrated, and purified by a silica gel chromatography (petroleum ether/EtOAc=5/1 to 3/1) to afford 100 mg (60%) of the title compound as a white solid.
