Reaction Steps
Morphine free base material (AMA) from Example 4 (19 ppm ABUK) and water were mixed, heated to 55° C. and the pH was determined to be 7.75. The following titration was performed using sulfuric acid (51%) as the temperature was increased to about 65° C.
