To a solution 4-(3,5-Difluoro-phenyl)-6-methyl-2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid (17 mg, 0.057 mmol), N3-(3-Fluoro-phenyl)-1H-indazole-3,5-diamine (14 mg, 0.057 mmol) and PyBroP (27 mg, 0.057 mmol) in methylene chloride (1 ml) was added diisopropylethylamine 20 μL. The mixture was allowed to stir overnight at room temperature and the titled compound (7.5 mg, 25%) was purified with HPLC. MS (ESI) m/z=493 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ8.02 (s, 1H), 7.38-7.30(m, 3H), 7.23-7.15 (m, 2H), 7.01-6.99 (m, 2H), 6.91-6.86 (m, 2H), 6.58-6.53 (m, 1H)
