Procedure

To a solution of 4-(6-chloro-9-methyl-9H-purin-2-yl)but-3-yn-1-ol (650 mg, 2.74 mmol) in dioxane (4 ml) was added 30% w/w water solution of ammonia (8 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred overnight in an autoclave at 70° C.
