Procedure
A solution of 2,4-dichloro-5-fluoro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (50 mg, 0.24 mmol), cyclobutylamine (0.041 mL, 0.48 mmol) and TEA (0.070 mL, 0.50 mmol) in nBuOH (2 mL) was stirred at 70° C. for 5 h. CH2Cl2 and H2O were added. The organic phase was separated, washed with 5% NaHCO3, then with 1N HCl, dried over Na2SO4, concentrated in vacuo to give 2-chloro-N-cyclobutyl-5-fluoro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (54 mg).
