According to the general procedure D, from #86 (280 mg, 0.4 mmol, 1 eq.), #156 (100 mg, 0.4 mmol, 1 eq.), dichloromethane (5 mL), HATU (182 mg, 0.48 mmol, 1.2 eq.) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (100 mg, 0.8 mmol, 2 eq.) was synthesized the crude desired material, which was purified by silica gel chromatography (Gradient: 0.01 to 0.05% methanol in dichloromethane) to afford #187 (220 mg, 62%) as a white solid. HPLC (Protocol V): m/z 883.57 [M+H+], retention time=3.23 minutes (purity=95%).
