According to the general procedure D, from #86 (400 mg, 0.6 mmol, 1 eq.), #157 (146 mg, 0.6 mmol, 1 eq.), dichloromethane (10 mL), HATU (259 mg, 0.72 mmol, 1.2 eq.) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (158 mg, 1.2 mmol, 2 eq.) was synthesized the crude desired material, which was purified by silica gel chromatography (Gradient: 0.01 to 0.05% methanol in dichloromethane) to afford #189 (220 mg, 37%) as a white solid. HPLC (Protocol W): m/z 883.7 [M+H+], retention time=4.12 minutes (purity=95%).
