According to the general procedure D, from #86 (300 mg, 0.45 mmol, 1 eq.), #169 (106 mg, 0.45 mmol, 1 eq.), dichloromethane (10 mL), HATU (194 mg, 0.54 mmol, 1.2 eq.) and diisopropylethylamine (117 mg, 0.9 mmol, 2 eq.) was synthesized the crude desired material, which was purified by reverse phase chromatography (Method P) to afford #193 (149 mg, 37%) as a white solid. HPLC (Protocol X): m/z 873.4 [M+H+], retention time=3.34 minutes (purity=98%).
