To a solution of Intermediate 113f (0.125 mmol) in THF (1.5 mL) was added dimethylamine (2M in MeOH, 0.5 mL, 1.0 mmol) and the reaction stirred at 50° C. for 24 h. The crude reaction mixture was cooled and partitioned between EtOAc and water. The aqueous phase was extracted with EtOAc (×3) and the combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo. The resultant residue was purified by FCC on silica, using a gradient of 0-10% [2M NH3 in MeOH] in DCM, followed by MDAP (Method 7) purification, to give the title compound (10 mg, 12%). LCMS (Method 5): Rt 3.36 min, m/z 680 [MH+]. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO): 1.21 (9H, s), 1.54-1.65 (2H, m), 1.67-1.77 (4H, m), 1.81-1.95 (4H, m), 1.99-2.07 (4H, m) 2.08 (6H, s), 2.16 (2H, t, J=6.9 Hz), 3.10 (4H, t, J=5.2 Hz), 4.09 (2H, t, J=7.1 Hz), 4.79 (1H, td, J=8.4, 5.5 Hz), 5.51 (1H, t, J=4.5 Hz), 6.21 (1H, s), 7.09-7.14 (2H, m), 7.22-7.37 (4H, m), 7.55-7.62 (3H, m), 7.97-8.01 (2H, m), 8.22 (0.4H, br s).
