A mixture of Intermediate 96c (160 mg, 0.41 mmol), Intermediate 110b (142 mg, 0.41 mmol) and DIPEA (142 μL, 0.82 mmol) in dioxane (5 mL) was stirred at 80° C. overnight. After cooling, the reaction mixture was partitioned between water and DCM. The aqueous phase was extracted with EtOAc (×3) and the combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo. The resultant residue was purified by FCC on silica, using a gradient of 1-8% MeOH in DCM followed by MDAP (Method 7) purification, to afford the title compound (86 mg, 32%) as a glassy white solid. LCMS (Method 5): Rt 4.32 min, m/z 601 [MH+]. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO): 0.55 (3H, d, J=6.2 Hz), 0.58 (3H, d, J=6.2 Hz), 1.17 (9H, s), 1.35-1.55 (3H, m), 1.63-1.69 (2H, m), 1.73-1.79 (1H, m), 1.82-2.00 (2H, m), 2.00-2.13 (2H, m), 3.09-3.19 (2H, m), 3.62 (2H, br s), 3.90 (2H, t, J=5.9 Hz), 4.82 (1H, td, J=8.6, 5.7 Hz), 4.92-4.98 (1H, br s), 5.50 (1H, t, J=4.2 Hz), 6.02 (1H, s), 7.04 (1H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 7.18 (1H, dd, J=9.8, 2.3 Hz), 7.20-7.25 (1H, m), 7.30-7.36 (3H, m), 7.62 (1H, dd, J=9.7, 0.6 Hz), 7.86 (1H, d, J=2.1 Hz), 8.14 (1H, s).
