1-{2-[6-Methoxy-7-(3-morpholin-4-yl-propoxy)-quinolin-4-yloxy]-4,5-dimethyl-phenyl}-ethanone (compound 319) (344 mg) was dissolved in a hydrochloric acid-methanol solution (10 ml), and the solution was stirred at room temperature overnight. The solvent was removed by distillation under the reduced pressure, and the residue was washed with ethyl acetate and was dried under the reduced pressure to give the title compound (398 mg, yield 100%).
