Into a solution of 1-(1-(1-(4-(N-Boc-4-piperidinyloxy)-2-methoxyphenyl)cyclopentylcarbonyl)-piperidin-4-yl)-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-2(1H)-one (0.15 g, 0.24 mmol) from Step 9 above in EtOAc (10 mL) at 0° C. was bubbled HCl gas for 10 min. The solution was warmed to ambient temperature and stirred for 1 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure to give the title compound as an amorphous solid.
