Reaction Steps
A mixture of 182 mg of (6R-trans)-3-[(acetyloxy)methyl]-8-oxo-7-[(4-phenyl-2-thiazolyl)amino]-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid, diphenylmethyl ester, 0.5 ml of trifluoroacetic acid, 3 drops of anisole and 3 ml of dichloromethane was reacted as described in Example 2, giving 92 mg of the desired compound.
