Procedure

In accordance with the same procedures as in Example 18, except that to a mixture of 2.2 g of the compound 7 mM prepared in Example 1 and 15 ml of dimethylformamide, 1.9 g of 4-fluoro-N-methylaniline(15 mM) was added, 2.45 g of the title compound was prepared.
