Procedure

In accordance with the same procedures as in Example 18, except that to a mixture of 1.5 g of the compound (4.6 mM) prepared in Example 4 and 15 ml of dimethyl-formamide, 0.85 ml of 4-fluoroaniline(9.2 mM) was added, 1.3 g of the title compound was prepared.
