Procedure

In accordance with the same procedures as in Example 18, except that to a mixture of 1.5 g of the compound (4.4 mM) prepared in Example 12 and 15 ml of dimethyl-formamide, 0.7 ml of 4-fluoroaniline(6.6 mM) was added, 0.7 g of the title compound was prepared.
