Reaction Steps
Sodium hydroxide (59 mg) was added to a solution of Example 18 (170 mg) in isopropyl alcohol (5.4 ml) and the reaction was heated at 60° C. for 3 h. After cooling, water (6 ml) was added and the resulting yellow precipitate was filtered and washed well with more water, then dried to furnish the title compound (157 mg,) as a white solid.
