Procedure

A mixture of compound 6 (22.5 mg, 0.056 mmol) and n-propylamine (2 mL) was stirred at 85° C. for 36 h. After evaporation of volatiles, the residue was purified by preparative TLC (chloroform-methanol, 20:1) to give compound 13 (17.3 mg, 72.8%) as a slightly yellow solid. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 0.85 (pseudo t, J=7.5 and 7.3 Hz, 3 H, CH3), 1.47 (sextet, J=7.2 Hz, 2 H, CH2), 3.30 (m, 2 H, CH2), 3.54 (s, 3 H, 9-CH3), 4.58 (br s, 2 H, CH2), 6.33 (br s, 1 H, exchangeable with D2O, NH), 7.10 (pseudo t, J=8.0 and 7.7 Hz, 1 H, H-16), 7.36 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1 H, H-17), 7.57 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 1 H, H-15), 7.66 (s, 1 H, H-13), 7.72 (s, 1 H, H-8), 7.80 (br s, 1 H, exchangeable with D2O, NH).
